IDW offers over 200 TRANSFORMERS digital comics for just 99¢

San Diego, CA (June 23, 2021)—Just in time for the much-anticipated release of TRANSFORMERS: Dark of the Moon, IDW Publishing announced today that the company’s catalog of TRANSFORMERS digital comics will be on sale now through July 4th. This an unprecedented sale features over 200 individual comics available at only $0.99 for twelve days. Under license from Hasbro, IDW and its digital partners, including iVerse Media and comiXology, offer a wide variety of ways for TRANSFORMERS fans to enjoy these bargain-priced comics.

“We have a huge audience of dedicated TRANSFORMERS fans that follow our line digitally, so we wanted to do something really special for them in honor of the latest movie,” stated Jeff Webber, IDW’s director of ePublishing. “With this sale, we’re making it very easy and inexpensive to build a TRANSFORMERS digital comics library, no matter what device or platform you prefer. Plus, this is an excellent way for all the movie fans to discover the wide world of TRANSFORMERS comics!”

For iPad, iPhone and iPod touch devices, IDW and iVerse have partnered to create several app options. TRANSFORMERS Comics is the flagship iOS app, with the entire TRANSFORMERS collection featured within this dedicated app. The IDW Comics app also offers TRANSFORMERS comics, as well as nearly 700 other titles. And Comics+ by iVerse includes TRANSFORMERS and IDW comics, plus titles from many other publishers.

For the Web, IDW and comiXology have initiated a partnership to offer the full TRANSFORMERS line to anyone with a Web browser. And the wait is finally over for Android users, who can now enjoy IDW’s entire TRANSFORMERS line through the Comics by ComiXology Android app.

The TRANSFORMERS digital comics sale is on now through July 4th at 11:00 pm Eastern time in North America, and through 11:00 pm local time in all other available regions.
