Nate Cosby, Ben McCool, and Breno Tamura Bring Pigs to Image in September!
USA Today has a huge article on Pigs, a new comic series coming to Image Comics in September from writers Nate Cosby & Ben McCool. The series will feature interiour artwork by Breno Tamura, and covers by Jock, Francesco Francavilla, and Amanda Conner.
According to the article, Pigs is a Cold War era story that features a terrorist cell of second-generation KGB Cuban sleeper agents in the United States, which is activated and awakened to overthrow the U.S. government.
The title is of the story is a reference to the 1961 Bay of Pigs invasion, which is used as the seed from which the story grows.
