Back in February, the guys behind Henry & Glenn Forever comic book held an art show called the Henry and Glen Gangbang, which featured tons Henry & Glen tribute artwork. For this show, alternative cartoonist Johnny Ryan (Prison Pit, Angry Youth Comix, Blecky Yuckerella) painted a New Wave parody of the comic, featuring Mark Motherbaugh of DEVO and Gary Numan, in the clutches of young love.

Well, Johnny has now put the original painting up for sale on Comic Art Collective. The piece is going for just $450, and comes professionally matted and framed, ready to hang. The piece measures approximately 11″ x 13″ (with frame), and the art itself measures 6.5″ x 9″. Gouache and ink on Bristol Board, signed by the artist.

I really want this, and wish my wife wasn’t so tight with money. She even loves both DEVO and Numan! Could someone please buy this for me?
