Chris Evans Appears in Captain America Garb on the Cover of Empire Magazine

As Cap fans eagerly await Superbowl Weekend, and the premiere of the official trailer for Captain America: The First Avenger, photos from the movie have started to crop up in a number of places.

We got our first look at Evans in full costume, a few weeks ago, courtesy of Entertainment Weekly (see here). Now, Evans has done a photoshoot with Empire magazine, for their March 2011 issue, and can be seen gracing the magazine’s cover. Directed by Joe Johnston, Captain America also stars Sebastian Stan, Hugo Weaving, Hayley Atwell, Toby Jones, Samuel L. Jackson, Stanley Tucci, Dominic Cooper, Neal McDonough and Tommy Lee Jones. It opens on July 22, 2011.
