Obama and Palin Visit Riverdale in Archie #617, Part Two of “Campaign Pains”

The variant cover of Archie Comics #617 has been revealed, and it’s a wee bit political! The issue, written by Alex Simmons with art by Dan Parentis, contains the second part of the “Campaign Pains” story, which features guest appearances from the president himself, Barack Obama, and former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin.

When the heck did Archie get so political?
